Holiday House

  • Bookings are to be made on the Holiday House Calendar here  for residential or day use of the house

Pricing

Residential Rate: £10.00 per person per night*
Day Use (weekdays): £30.00 per session
Day Use (weekends): £200.00 per day

* There is a minimum charge of £150 per night for the house

Sole use

For residential house bookings exclusive use of the House and Campsite can be requested with an additional payment of £5 per person per night.

Deposit / Upfront Payment
  • To secure your booking of the house a deposit of £150 or the full cost of your booking (whichever is the less) is required

Residential Stays
  • Arrivals from 16:00 (early arrival by arrangement)
  • Departures by 15:00
Sessions

Monday 8am to Friday 12:30pm, excluding bank holidays.
You may book consecutive sessions and can carry over directly from one to the next.

  • Morning: 08:00 – 12:30
  • Afternoon: 13:00 – 17:30
  • Evening: 18:00 – 22.30

Weekend and Bank Holidays

  • All day only: 08:00 – 22:30

For Saturday or Sunday bookings a supplement of £100 is required to guarantee use of the whole site.

"Trefoil Special"

The "Trefoil Special" residential stay is available to adult members and the Trefoil Guild on weekdays during term-time. There is no minimum charge and no early arrival fee. 

Trefoil Special Residential Rate: £10.00 per person per night
Day Visitors £2.50 per head

 

Campsite & Grounds

  • Bookings are to be made on the Campsite calendar here for camping or day-use of the full site;
  • Bookings are to be made  on the Session calendar here for use of the campfire circle or woodland activities such as Den Building.

* If campsite or outside space (campfire / grounds) are booked our outside toilets will be opened and made available for use, please leave them as you find them

Pricing

Camping: £5.00 per person per night*
Day Use: £25 per session

* There is a minimum charge of £25 per night for the campsite

  • Day Visitors £1.50 per head
  • There is no additional charge for early arrival

The Campsite can be booked with the use of the house subject to availability and under the following conditions and charges:

  • a minimum charge of £75.00 (15 people at £5 per head per night) applies for the campsite; plus:
  • The house is charged at £150 per night for a maximum of 6 people - i.e. additional occupants will pay £5 per head per night, as if camping
  • You will need to book both the house and the campsite for this option. Please make a note in the comments field.

There may be additional charge if additional cleaning or provision is required after your stay.

You may book more than one session of the campsite on a given day and it will be treated as a continuous session

We do not accept campsite bookings for less than a full day on weekends and holidays

Campfire / Woodland Activity Sessions

Session and Day Use is available for both the Campsite and/or for the Campfire Circle and Woodland Activities.

If booking on the session calendar, you may use the entire outside space only if no one else is in occupancy; however we politely ask that you limit yourself to the campfire area and woodland immediately surrounding it if others have booked the house or campsite.

In order to guarantee use of both the Campsite and the Campfire you may reserve both spaces, you will not be charged for the session

    Pricing:

    Available for non-residential bookings.  in order to guarantee your slot, users of the house or campsite are recommended to reserve the campfire circle using the session booking calendar.

    To book the low ropes team challenge one leader in the group must have completed a leaders briefing session and have a course completion number. To book leader training visit the Surrey East training calendar Book Training

    Please note on a Friday night we may need to liase regarding arrival times to avoid issues with the carpark and traffic on the A25.
